On-site position at Instituto Caldeira — Porto Alegre/RS Responsibilities: — Organize the backlog and write user journeys (user stories); — Specify products in detail and translate ideas into clear instructions for technology and design; — Detail rules, flows, and processes; — Support Engineering in understanding the solution; — Validate deliveries and follow up post-launch. What we look for: — Degree in Production Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or related fields; — Experience with project leadership; — Organization, clarity, and strong communication; — Eagerness to learn about AI and Sustainability; — Intermediate or advanced English is a plus. On-site position at Instituto Caldeira — Porto Alegre/RS Responsibilities: — Develop corporate emissions inventories (Scopes 1, 2 and 3), aligned with the GHG Protocol; — Conduct carbon footprint studies and product life cycle assessments; — Structure science-based decarbonization strategies, including hotspot identification and reduction projections; — Lead technical meetings with clients for methodological validation and results presentation; — Prepare technical reports and conduct research on regulatory trends in climate and carbon. What we look for: — Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; — Analytical profile, structured reasoning, and attention to detail, with the ability to process and interpret data; — Clear and objective technical communication with clients; — Prior knowledge of the topic is not required. On-site position at Instituto Caldeira — Porto Alegre/RS Responsibilities: — Map, track, and manage the sales funnel; — Diagnose client needs and offer solutions tailored to their reality; — Lead negotiation meetings and prepare commercial proposals. What we look for: — Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or International Relations; — English is a plus; — Prior experience in sales or high-performance communication roles is a plus.
